Look up the definition of a “super nova” and you’ll see why it’s so dope that this doula & resident midwife chose to name her practice Black Nova Doula. Her website is giving celestial wellness professional. Not only did I redesign her site, I did the copyediting, image sourcing, created a client onboarding system, and combed through thousands of documents to create a members-only library so she could stop sending one-off emails and sleep while her clients accessed all the info they needed. Not only did she get more sleep but she also got a bigger bag; after the website update she was able to up her prices to reflect the true value of her expertise.
